The original RE-COMBIFLEX brakes are air operated brakes that are characterized by very simple use even in the most demanding applications. The brake consists of a lightweight aluminum body with high heat absorption, a turbine brake disc and brake shoes that generate the braking torque.
The brakes are currently the most compact solution in terms of size, achieved braking torque and heat dissipation. Compared to the outdated multi-disc brakes from the early 1970s, the aluminum body ensures light weight and easy installation in areas with limited space.
The brake can be supplemented with a powerful fan that blows air into the turbine disc and rib profile and thus guarantees that the parts of the brake do not overheat and have a long service life.
An absolute novelty are EXtreme pneumatic brakes, which are characterized by the coolest operation and up to seven years of brake lining durability.
