Doctor blades remove excess ink from aniloxes during the printing process, and their quality is an important factor for successful printing. In cooperation with our partner SDS, we offer them from various types of steel or synthetic materials according to printing needs.
We also supply different types of seals for doctor blades, guaranteeing perfect wiping of the ink during printing.
We offer Doctor blades with three edge variants:
- round edge for engraving and flexo printing, guarantees perfect protection of cylinder l
- amel edge to reduce friction and cylinder wear; constant contact
- chamfered edge for engraving and flexo printing; enables high-quality wiping without excessive contact zones
