Detailed specification

Safety hinged bearings allow very easy loading and unloading of the roll in and out of the machine by opening the flange and inserting the roll into the jaws. One output shaft bearing can be installed for drive or brake. The standard version is a square of 40 x 40 mm, we also have other sizes on offer.

For all bearings, foot and flange designs and output shafts are available exactly according to your specifications. Bearings are often used on winding or unwinding stands and wherever torque needs to be transmitted in an axis.

The storage types are on the surface of a square, a square on a diagonal rotated by 45 degrees, a circle-square, and so on. Bearings are commonly used in the rubber industry and as an alternative to tilting bearings from Boschert.

  • Lay the square flat - "U"

Used mainly in the rubber industry, for large and heavy rolls on steel tambors. With this placement, it is often problematic to hit the shaft directly into the tilting bearing.

  • Placing the square on the diagonal - "V"

This fit helps the crane handle the shaft to fit easily into the tilting bearing, making work easier for operators, eliminating downtime and increasing productivity.

  • Special design

Tilting bearing with directly installed simple pneumatic or electromagnetic brake. Suitable for immediate installation on the machine.
