The surface of all cylinders consists of a durable ceramic layer, resistant to scratching when in contact with steel or a scraper knife. Another bonus of the ceramic surface is the ability to resist corrosion. Advanced laser technology enables very detailed and clean engraving of anilox cells. Thanks to this, our anilox cylinders transfer the ink to the printing plate with maximum precision with every print.
The traditional 60° shape of ThermaFlo cells allows for efficient ink transfer. Shallow walls ensure its better measurement.
Smoother and shallower cells are also easier to clean.
They have more volume thanks to multi-hit engraving technology.
EFlo cells are designed for CTP (Computer to Print) technology and higher print speeds.
Their 75° oblong shape transfers 25% more ink than ThermaFlo. Combined with water-based inks, this EFlo technology makes it suitable for printing on corrugated board and is easy to clean.
