WG leveling rotary tables are the ideal solution for most material leveling applications. They are constructed with a basic frame on which a movable structure equipped with guide rollers is mounted. The mobile frame rotates around an axis called a "pivot".
In our edge straightening systems, this axis corresponds to the ideal axis of rotation, which guarantees high leveling accuracy compared to fixed rotating frames.
In addition to the axis of rotation, the fabric is also constantly properly tensioned, and this, together with the cork or other special surface of the rollers, creates the gripping effect necessary to carry out the material displacement. The edge straightening system can be designed according to different market requirements and different applications and manufactured in different sizes to guarantee trouble-free installation in the machine.
