After analyzing the problem with the complicated winding of the roll, we proposed a solution: a winding stand with a pneumatic clamping shaft and driven pressure rollers, which we supplemented with a compensator in order to know how to perfectly regulate the tension of the material. We equipped the winding stand with the web guide system and thus eliminated the problem of straightening the edges of the material for the customer.
The basis of the winding stand is a massive steel structure equipped with wheels, which is why the stand is fully mobile. The installed machine is a smart solution at a high technical level, with the help of which the speed and comfort when winding the roll was increased and thus the overall productivity was also increased.
