Brakes and clutches
Pneumatic or electromagnetic brakes and clutches are used for braking unwound rolls, safety braking for rotary parts of machines or for transferring torque from drive to roll. Electromagnetic powder brakes and clutches are suitable for food and flexographic industry in applications from 5 - 250 Nm. Pneumatic brakes are easy to use even in the most demanding applications with braking force from 160-4600 Nm. Caliper brakes are available in standard or safety variant. They are suitable for safety braking of rotary machine parts in applications.
