Edge straightening systems
Edge leveling systems ensure that the web of material always goes into the process correctly aligned, or that the roll is wound with a straight edge. This significantly reduces scrap and increases product quality. There are levelers with a rotating chair, with a guide roller and with a sliding drive. Based on the material to be sensed, ultrasonic or optical sensors are available. The leveler is driven by a DC brushless sliding drive.
We supply systems with a width from 160 to 3000 mm, with an adjustment of up to ±75 mm. The delivery includes a portable or fixed control panel to which you can connect up to 10 systems in series.
