Detailed specifications

The WR series edge leveling systems are mainly used in the pre-press zone to level the material prior to the printing process. The system consists of a base plate on which sliding inserts are mounted. These are connected directly to one or two rollers that rotate to level the material back into the correct position each time.

There are different versions of the WR system with two coupled rollers between which the material is leveled before continuing its journey, or single roller systems. For situations where a reduced height is required, we suggest the low-profile guide system WR-S.

To achieve a particularly compact solution, individually designed single cylinder systems with dimensions less than 400 mm mounted on a single motor feed can also be supplied. This order is called MINIROLLER.
