In a leading Slovak company that produces labels, we installed a machine for rewinding, assembly and quality control of labels. By replacing the old ready-to-wear machine, we increased its capacity and quality in the production of labels.
The delivered machine is at a high technical level using the most modern components. With simultaneous longitudinal cutting, the machine is capable of rewinding according to the specified length or number of labels. The installed machine is equipped with a rotary cutter with a die, it also has the function of an edge straightening system using an automatically controlled rotary table and is equipped with a pneumatic extraction of material edge trimmings.
