The customer's specifications and ideas were as follows:
- rewinding of foil thickness from 15um to 100um
- rewinding and clean PET film, elimination of static charge had to be ensured
- tension in the material = 0-300 N
After several personal meetings, necessary due to the demanding assignment, we agreed on the implementation and began the production of the machine. After the production was completed, successful testing by us and installation by the customer followed. This consisted in correctly placing the machine in place, balancing it and connecting it to the network. Then the SAT tests took place and the machine was finally taken over. Now the customer can produce and rewind special material on the original Golpretech rewinder.
